**Job Description**
BAE Systems is seeking an exceptional Senior Program Manager for Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) and other aerospace system development, acquisition, operations, and sustainment efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to support the US Air and Space Forces acquisition and integration of next-generation technologies and capabilities.
Tell me about this job. This person will lead Strategic Systems team supporting Program Execution for the next-generation ICBM, the LGM-35A Sentinel, and includes integrating efforts across the ICBM enterprise and other DoD customers and stakeholders. This is a supervisory position.

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ 14 years with bachelor s degree; 12 years with a master's degree.
+ 5 years managing large organizations.
+ Experience with ACAT ID Major Defense Acquisition Programs.
+ Experience working in a collaborative, multi-discipline engineering and program management team environment, able to define strategic goals, plan operations and implement tactical customer guidance with minimal day-to-day guidance.
+ Strong organizational and teambuilding skills.
+ Demonstrated experience in risk reduction efforts.
+ Strong verbal communications skills and proven track record building and maintaining strong customer and peer relationships.
+ Demonstrated ability to operate in complex environments and challenging situations.
+ Must have current Secret security clearance (adjudicated within the past 6 years) or higher and be eligible to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance and all required Special Program accesses.
**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Bachelor s or higher STEM degree.
+ Recent (within 5 years) ICBM experience.
+ Executive leadership briefing experience.
**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $120000 - $204000
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
