The purpose of the job is to manage Inbound Parts and packaging within the Supply Chain
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTSDegree or BTech in Industrial Engineering or equivalent qualification+3 years Automotive, Logistics, Supply Chain ManagementExperience within Supply Chain, including Engineering, Logistics and Supply Chain ManagementKEY PERFORMANCE AREASPropose Logistics cost to Program Director for initial economics study, forecasting SCM performance and Market &Economics impact, which will be the base point for the program.Optimized Logistics cost proposal to Program Director based (kari-Kosetsu) assumption.Challenge Logistics Cost Per Unit with km & M3 simultaneous studyCost monitor between milestones to catch up the Cost Reduction status.Packaging Engineering in VC-lot cost reduction activityLCPU commitment to Program Director which is well optimized and challenged for best Total delivered Cost with Sourcing(km) and packaging(m3) simultaneous study and SCM technical performance.Logistics Cost Per Unit reply for competitive price setting, with challenges after VC-lot package study and inbound production preparation.Validation of logistics assumption and opportunityLogistics Cost Per Unit function reply for Plant allocation studyAnalysis of Total delivered Cost /LCPU with KPIs and proposal to the projectPackaging Engineering activities within the digital and physical phase of the projectLogistics cost per unit commitment and achievement in all project milestonesManage sourcing activities together with APO from supply chain perspectiveNew Project Milestone management and APES documentation and continuous monitorGuardian Activity conducting and managementDevelop countermeasure for any potential cost increase on the LCPU either caused by condition change or SCM performancePrepare presentations of the LCF to senior management and Project teamManage RFQ projects and timeline for the departmentKeep constant communication with AILN on m3 or any other potential cost reduction activitiesSPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
