As a Senior Incircuit Test Engineer, you will be responsible for designing custom solutions to efficiently check electrical quality on complex circuit board assemblies.
Key Job Accountabilities:
Partner with both the functional test design engineers and the manufacturing teams to successfully meet customer requirements.
Demonstrate the ability to work independently in multiple phases for the Product Realization Process, without direction from mentors or functional management.
Design and develop test fixtures that are innovative, high-quality, cost-appropriate, and satisfy all stakeholders (customer, manufacturing, material, agency, etc.) needs.
Lead the test strategy and focus on design for testability.
Produce comprehensive project documentation in accordance with the quality and change management procedures and guidelines.
Integrate into the manufacturing sites by providing on-site installations, sharing knowledge, and providing continuous support.
Demonstrate effective communications through interaction with customers (internal and external) regarding project technical subject matter.
Education/Experience Qualifications:
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required; a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering is preferred.
Five (5) years of related experience is required.
Experience with ICT platforms is required. Experience with the Keysight i3070 Platform is preferred.
Lab tool/test/measurement equipment experience preferred.
Ability to develop good working relationships with team members and customers.
Ability to problem solve independently.
Ability to lead and mentor team members.
