Your Role: As a Senior Industrial Engineer at our growing Danvers site, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze Systems:Identify value-added and non-value-added activities to optimize efficiencyInnovate Solutions: Design and implement creative solutions that align with strategic goalsEvaluate Processes:Assess equipment and materials to improve performance metricsEnhance Manufacturing:Study production methods and products to streamline processesCollaborate Across Teams:Work with Designers, Engineers, and Technicians to foster a culture of continuous improvementManage Data:Oversee BOMs, routings, yield data, and capacity models to support operational decisionsConduct Studies:Perform time studies, develop process models, and optimize layouts for maximum efficiencyAnalyze Costs:Conduct thorough cost analyses and partner with finance on annual updatesEnsure Compliance:Uphold company policies, regulatory requirements, and cGMP standards

 

Who You Are

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment5+ years of related experienceGreen Belt CertificationProven ability to work independently and solve complex problemsStrong analytical and communication skills

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in medical, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical manufacturing environmentsKnowledge of manufacturing concepts, cGMP, Lean Six Sigma, and MinitabFamiliarity with Oracle/ERP/SAP and data analysis tools like BOXI, SQL, and PalantirExceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectivelyStrong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate across disciplines
