We are streamlining OMT project team to better support the fast paced DID transfer, new technology, new site in a rapidly evolving memory industry worldwide. There’s strong need to better coordinate the resources to support those key initiatives, and to enable worldwide projects across US, Japan, India, and others.

We are seeking a senior industrial engineer (3) who is highly organized, detail oriented, and a great communicator. You will be responsible for coordinating critical OMT projects relating to tech-node transfer, site expansion construction and special projects, to ensure that the multi-disciplinary teams building the project work together and to meet business targets, ensure timelines and within budgets. PMO will be looking forward to your talent to join the OMT/PMO to accelerate the transformation.

Responsibilities

Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution, ensure resource availability and allocation, ensure projects delivery on-time, within scope and within budget.Manage and guide the cross-function team, set the direction and take the accountability, be the decision maker and trusted advisors to executive sponsorsManage changes in project scope, and the impact on schedule and costsMeasure project performance using appropriate KPI and toolsReport and escalate to management as needed, minimize project risk exposureCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationBe a great communicator, presenting to executive and senior leaders on project progress, budget control, issues & escalation, problems & solution.

Qualifications

Bachelor and/or advanced degree in Engineering or Business or any related field. Secondary education or equivalent in management preferred.Fab engineering experience is a plusExceptional presentation and communication skills. Strong verbal and written in English and be able to manage teams across multiple geographies.Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.Experienced in supervising and mentoring different types of team members at different levels of experience and abilities.Hands-on, self-driven, highly motivated, team-oriented with a strong problem-solving mindset.Fast learner with a passion for processes and multi-tasking.
