Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is seeking a Senior Industrial Security Specialist to support the Air Dominance Government Security team in Berkeley, MO!

As a Senior Industrial Security Specialist, you will work with the Industrial Security team and it’s leadership to administer and implement Special Access Program (SAP) Security rules and/or other authoritative sources of security regulations. As an individual contributor, you will ensure programmatic security posture is compliant with all applicable regulations by performing the following actions:

Position Responsibilities:

Executes Internal Security Controls through performance of compliance assessment reviews and self-inspections to ensure compliance with government and company regulations/requirements Identifies deficiencies, develops and implements corrective actionCommunicates results to security management and customersConducts Administrative Inquiries on personnel, processes and situations in accordance with established operating procedures to determine level and scope of non-compliance with government and company regulations/requirementsCommunicates results to security management and customers. Conducts Communication Security (COMSEC) duties and responsibilities (including inventory, distribution and destruction), in compliance with government regulations/requirementsProtects government, intellectual, third party and company information from unauthorized disclosuresDevelops, implements and administers an Operational Security program, security education, procedures and physical controls to ensure compliance with government and company regulations/requirements on large and/or complex programsLeads and performs Personnel Security team and/or processes to assist in obtaining individual security clearances/accesses for complex customer requirementsEstablishes and implements a security awareness training and education program to educate, refresh, and motivate personnel to protect people, property and informationPerforms Physical Security duties and responsibilities within Boeing facilities to ensure compliance with company and government regulations/requirementsPerforms Sub-Contractor Management to ensure compliance with government regulations/requirementsCommunicates results to security management and customersParticipates, as requested, on enterprise Integrated Product Team (IPT)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years of experience working in one or a combination of the following domains: NISP, SAP and/or SCI3+ years of experience in Industrial SecurityThis position requires an active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)This position requires a successfully completed Tier 5 Investigation (T5), formerly known as a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) by federal government within the last 5 years or requires candidate to have been enrolled in a Continuous Vetting program within the last 5 years.This position requires ability to obtain program access, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship only

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

3 or more years of experience working on special access program/projectsBachelor’s Degree or higherPrior experience as a CPSO working in a Special Access Program (SAP) environmentAbility to maintain positive working relationship with internal and external customersExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to manage and influence large groups of people and comfortable with public speaking

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $96,900 – $131,100
