We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Product Manager passionate about advancing our digital solutions for bioanalytical testing and preclinical sciences. You will take an existing software portfolio well entrenched in global biopharmaceutical companies and bringing thought leadership, industry perspectives, and a strong business sense, chart a path to the next generation of solutions that meet our customer needs and drive product line growth. **Responsibilities:** + Sustained customer engagement to gain key insights into their needs. + Assess industry and technology trends, participate in voice of customer studies, run customer forums, analyze market intelligence, understand end-user needs by persona and apply this knowledge to develop a compelling roadmap and detailed user stories. + Provide input into developing marketing collateral, campaigns, and product pricing, speak at industry events. + Support the expansion of the Thermo Fisher Scientific digital ecosystem, engaging with other product teams and relevant internal and external partners. **Requirements:** + Relevant life sciences, marketing, or business education. + Deep understanding of bioanalytical testing and preclinical sciences. + Consistent track record working closely with scientists and scientific software in regulated environments, preferably in an enterprise software product management role. + Experience collecting and synthesizing end-user needs and feedback into actionable software requirements. + Good knowledge of industry trends in biotech, pharmaceuticals, and contract research. + Creative problem solver with excellent leadership and social skills. + Results focused, with a proven track record of getting things done with attention to detail and focus on quality.
