Job Description:

We’re looking for a Information Risk Management Support Specialist to join our GRC team at MBPS. In this role, you will provide crucial assistance to Asia Information Risk Management members. The ideal candidate shall possess excellent organizational skills, a strong understanding of information security principles, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, multi-cultural environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide crucial, accurate, and timely support to AIRM members.

Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management inclusive of security awareness training reports, quarterly risk reports and operational monitoring

Utilize strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment to analyze and address complex situations

Analyze intricate data sets to identify possible solutions

Update PowerBI reports routinely per the operational manual

Produce reports using PowerBI or Microsoft Excel and provide insights

Collaborate with various departments globally to gather necessary information and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of reports

Perform other reporting and ad-hoc tasks and administrative matters as directed

Qualifications:

At least three (3) years of experience in the same capacity, focusing on risk management and information/cyber security

Proficiency in Power BI and MS Office suite

Prior experience information security, technology risk, business continuity and disaster recovery, and third-party information risk would be a plus

Professional certificate holder – CISSP, CRISC, CISA, CSSLP, or CISM would be an advantage
