Responsibilities:

 Maintain the security, confidentiality and integrity of information systems through compliance with relevant legislation and regulations. Take ownership of problems and proactively resolve technical issues, ensuring solutions meet business requirements. Design, implement and operate controls and management strategies for information systems security. Create system specifications and designs to meet defined business needs. Support, design and implement IT infrastructure technologies and solutions. Understand and identify technical problems, analyse and provide appropriate solutions. Maintain focus on the entire service delivery lifecycle, from design to operation. Utilise DevOps tools, cloud computing, coding/scripting, and infrastructure engineering for exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications:

Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.ICCE (Interactive Intelligence Certified Engineer) or equivalent.ICHD (Interactive Centre Handler Developer) or equivalent.
