Your mission: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Innovation Associate to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving innovation projects, fostering collaboration, and delivering measurable value through structured methodologies. The successful candidate will bring expertise in project execution, cross-functional engagement, and process optimization while staying attuned to market trends and fostering an innovation-driven ecosystem.

Be a part of our team where you will:  

1. Be responsible with Project Execution and Value Delivery

·Manage specific aspects of innovation projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with scope.Track KPIs to measure value delivery, adapt to stakeholder expectations, and make necessary adjustments for success.
 

2. Value Stakeholder Engagement

Provide clear, timely updates to stakeholders, aligning them with project goals and progress.Participate in partner meetings to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into projects.
 

3. Take part in Innovation Ecosystem Building and Research

Conduct research on emerging trends, competitor activities, and market demands to inform innovation strategies.Document and share research findings, best practices, and lessons learned across the organization.
 

4. Be part of Idea Generation and Concept Development

Facilitate brainstorming and creative problem-solving sessions to support idea generation.Assist in evaluating ideas for feasibility and strategic alignment, refining them for potential execution.Collaborate on the development of prototypes or minimum viable products (MVPs), iterating based on feedback.
 

5. Do Reporting and Metrics

Prepare reports on project performance, including insights on timelines and value delivery.Monitor KPIs relevant to innovation projects, such as Net Present Value (NPV), to assess project impact

 

Let’s talk about you. If you … 

Have Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Innovation Management, or a related field.Have previous experience of 1 or 2 years in innovation, project management, business strategy, or a related role.Show strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize insights and inform strategic decisions.Demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Have creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
