Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Reliability Engineer to track and monitor the reliability and production of our plant or fleet operations. Under general supervision, you will provide technical expertise, implement strategies, and deliver solutions that enhance overall reliability and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: * Senior Innovation Engineer will lead brainstorming sessions and research external solutions to address site-specific issues * Implement lessons learned and best practices from internal and external sources * Drive operational change by influencing processes and behaviors at the site level * Conduct observations, generate reports, and perform root cause analyses to identify continuous improvement opportunities * As a Senior Innovation Engineer, you will collaborate with the Chief Innovation Engineer to develop and execute improvement initiatives * Perform additional duties as required
