You will develop and design high-quality learning programs and materials for corporate training initiatives. You will analyze training needs, collaborate with subject matter experts, and create engaging instructional content using various formats and technologies. You will apply instructional design principles to develop effective learning experiences, incorporating interactive activities, assessments, and multimedia elements. You will lead the development and implementation of training strategies, evaluate program effectiveness, and provide guidance to instructional design teams. You will conduct standard to moderate complex instructional design projects. Overall, you will focus on creating impactful and innovative learning solutions that align with organizational goals and drive employee development.
Your focus will be to simplify and enhance the employee experience at Spectrum to help maintain prime organizational effectiveness. Spectrum employees will count on your follow-through and escalation, when necessary, to handle each confidential issue with respect.
