BGS Digital Training and Documentation team is currently looking for a Senior Instructional Systems Designer to join our team in Englewood, Colorado. This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Digital Solutions and Analytics portfolio of products and services by analyzing, and designing, and developing effective and engaging training programs for internal users to use our suite of software and data production tools.

A successful candidate is someone who has a thirst for learning and a passion for creating the best learning experiences for our end-user. You enjoy working with a diverse global team and collaborating with customers, stakeholders and engagement partners to ensure specific learner training needs are met. You are adaptable and can manage multiple programs and/or projects in a fast-paced Agile software development environment where you display your passion for solving problems while being resourceful. Quality is engrained in everything you develop and deliver. You have a proven track record of strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, which drives cross-functional teams toward shared goals. You have a deep understanding of design thinking, instructional methodologies, and have empathy for your learners.

Position Responsibilities:

Leads design of technical learning solutions to meet customer and stakeholder objectivesLeads research and analysis of learning objectives and customer needsDesigns and provides recommendations to stakeholders on course structure, content, and methodologies. Leads design review process with stakeholdersSupports development of training content to meet learning objectivesLeads evaluation of technical training effectiveness and customer feedbackDevelops and leads assessment of new instructional strategies, methods, technologies and tools related to instructional design, development, and deliveryPerforms project oversight activities and stakeholder managementProvides mentorship and development to instructional systems designers and content developers

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

9+years’ experience in Instructional System Design Methodologies9+years’ experience in designing and developing learning solutions that employ various instructional modalities3+ years’ experience developing training for a global audience

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent experience

Summary pay range: $107,950 - $146,050
