Key Responsibilities:

You will:

Collaborate with customers to assess training needs and match them with eLearning solutions, user adoption tools, and custom action plans for successful implementation. Design and deliver process-based, high-quality training tailored to NetSuite best practices across diverse industries. Conduct webinars and workshops to guide customers through advanced NetSuite processes and functions. Partner with NetSuite Professional Services teams to align training strategies with implementation goals, ensuring optimal user adoption. Deliver additional services, including Train the Trainer, Pre-UAT Training, and Post Go-Live Support. Mentor team members and provide insights for continuous improvement in training delivery and processes.
