What the day will look like Part of the Aon team managing relationships for a portfolio of captive insurance clients and assume responsibility for client service delivery and excellence. Identify client service requirements and manage the client service team to ensure service meets agreed standards. Deal with insurance renewals and underwrite new insurance covers as required. Ensure that your clients’ priorities, objectives, and any other requirements have been met. Ensure best practice and innovation is shared across your clients. Support the development and implementation of Aon’s own strategic objectives. Actively seek out existing and new growth opportunities. Develop a detailed understanding of the Captive insurance industry; and Instil a culture of collaboration, effective communications, and professionalism. In the Isle of Man, Aon is the market leader in captive insurance company management, employing 23 staff. Skills and experience that will lead to success Be a client-focused professional with excellent communication and client leadership skills. Proven Insurance experience within a Broking, Account Handling, or Client Executive position. Be professionally qualified with relevant experience in the captive or risk management sector, e.g. ACII or equivalent Have proven experience in proactively leading client engagements and associated projects.
