Bell is seeking an experienced Sr\. Integrated Program Scheduler to join the team on\-site in Fort Worth, TX\. Working in the EVMS Core, this role will provide direct support to programs and business management in relation to Earned Value Management \(EVM\) to manage project performance and progress of programs related to aircraft design, development, production, procurement, assembly, sustainment, and/or modification\.
This role is responsible for the creation and maintenance of resource loaded schedules for Integrated Product Teams \(IPT\) and helps ensure horizontal and vertical integration between all IPT schedules in support of program requirements\.
**What you'll be doing as a Senior Integrated Program Scheduler:**
* Support contract negotiations and develop proposal schedules in response to Requests for Proposal \(RFP\)\.
* Creation of planning related documents including the Integrated Master Plan \(IMP\) and Program Summary Master Schedule \(PSMS\)\.
* Lead the development of the Integrated Master Schedule \(IMS\)\.
* Coordinate with the customer for Contract Data Requirements List \(CDRL\) reports and scheduling and earned value metrics\.
* Lead the program's EVMS Standard Surveillance, customer driven Integrated Baseline Reviews \(IBR\) and, Schedule Risk Assessment \(SRA\)\.
* Support internal program management reviews and risk assessments and own the schedule integrity for assigned program\(s\)\.
* Lead schedule analysis such as Critical Path analysis, multiple float path analysis, resource leveling, and schedule optimization\.
* Review, correct, and report schedule performance to plans and provide alternatives and corrective action plans as appropriate\.
* Lead the development and maintenance of team processes / work instructions and adapt these processes to the changing needs of the business\.
* Fosters positive relationships and establish consistent, reliable communication with Defense Contract Management Agency \(DCMA\), Naval Air Systems Command, \(NAVAIR\), internal/external auditors, and other external customers\.
**Qualifications**
**Skills You Bring To this Role:**
* Strong initiative and willingness to develop solutions to a variety of schedule requests in a team environment\.
* Must be willing and able to work with ambiguity\.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills\.
* Strong computer skills including Windows and Microsoft Office \(Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc\.\)\.
* Project Management Professional \(PMP\) certification or Planning and Scheduling Professional Certification \(PSP\) preferred\.
* Project Management Institute Scheduling Professional certification \(PMI\-SP\) preferred\.
* Basic understanding of aircraft design, development, production, procurement, and assembly processes preferred\.
* Advanced MS Office skills such as VBA programming for macros preferred\.
**What you need to be successful:**
* Bachelor's degree in applicable technical discipline required; Master's degree in applicable discipline preferred\.
* 5 years' experience using project management software such as Primavera P6, Open Plan or Microsoft Project\.
* 3 years' experience using scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Open Plan or Microsoft Project\.
* 3 years Earned Value Management \(EVM\) experience strongly preferred
* 2 years prior aerospace and defense industry experience preferred\.
