Senior Integrated Project Manager – Marketing
Job Summary:
Our client in Troy, MI is looking for a Senior Integrated Project Manager – Marketing. This is a Contract position.
A collaborative, team-first individual to be part maestro, part air traffic control, and part glue across our growing Brand, Marketing & Comms department.
This is a dynamic, cross-functional role that requires a strong background in project management, creative resource coordination, and campaign execution, with a primary focus on digital, social, paid media, and events. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the seamless integration of marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment across teams, and driving projects to successful completion within scope, budget, and deadlines. Experience with SmartSheets is a must.
As the Senior Project Manager, you will collaborate closely with our brand strategy, growth, social, creative, creative ops, PR teams, and other stakeholders to strategize, resource, and forecast accordingly. You’ll be the pivot-point of a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary team comprised of talented, experienced, and enthusiastic pros.
· Work directly with brand leadership to lead end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels that are aligned with brand strategy and business goals.
· Partner with marketing team leads to manage budgets, ensure efficient allocation of resources, and monitor project expenditures.
· Act as the central point of contact for all stakeholders involved in campaign planning and execution
· Foster collaboration and communication across teams to drive efficient project execution
· Oversee the management of creative resources to ensure high-quality creative assets are delivered on time and meet brand standards
· Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
· Monitor progress against timelines, manage project risks, and proactively address any challenges or delays to keep projects on track.
· Identify potential roadblocks or risks early in the project lifecycle, develop mitigation strategies, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to minimize impact on the project timeline or deliverables.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring that expectations are managed and that all parties are aligned on objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
· Collaborate with analytics teams to track and measure the performance of campaigns, gathering insights that can inform future strategy.
· Partner closely with the social and production teams to develop and execute content
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree or experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field
· 12+ years of project management experience, ideally within a marketing, advertising, or agency environment.
· Proven track record in managing large-scale, integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, paid media, and events.
· Extensive experience with project management methodologies and tools and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize competing demands.
· Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience managing creative personnel and cross-functional teams.
· Ability to inspire and motivate teams to meet tight deadlines and deliver exceptional results.
· Ability to articulate project details clearly to diverse teams and stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
· Able to think critically under pressure, manage risks, and adjust plans as necessary to achieve project goals.
· Fluency and expertise with SmartSheets is required
· A love of automotive is helpful but not required
