Summary: Seeking a Senior Interior Designer with expertise in Life and Work Places projects, capable of leading design teams and delivering high-end commercial designs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design/Architecture
Professional licensure (NCIDQ)
Minimum of 8 years of relevant design experience
Experience in Workplace/High-End Commercial interior design
Advanced knowledge of building codes, site analysis, and contract documents
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, Lumion, Grasshopper, and Rhino
Preferred Skills:
LEED, WELL or ILFI Living Future Accreditation
Experience with physical modeling tools like 3D Printing and Laser cutting
Proficiency with presentation tools such as InDesign and Photoshop
Responsibilities:
Assist in project visioning and idea generation
Participate in design charettes and conceptual design studies
Contribute to holistic design ideation from concept through construction administration
Develop space plans aligned with functional programs
Create visual representations for project concepts
Collaborate on technical knowledge development for complex construction details
Coordinate with other disciplines during the design process
Apply sustainable design practices to gather metrics for evaluating solutions
Manage tasks to meet project schedules and deliverable deadlines
Develop creative design ideas as part of the team
Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
