A Bespoke Design and Construct practice based in the eastern suburbs of Sydney are looking for a talented interior designer to join their tight knit team. This award winning and conceptually design driven practice are known for delivering high-end and inspirational projects. Their thriving and experienced team work together with their well-established network to delivery high quality projects which they are proud of. This is great opportunity for you to bring your unique design style and work on high quality private residential projects.
You will have the opportunity to see your designs built to the highest standard by the in-house team. Previous private residential experience essential, along with project experience across all phases, from taking briefs, strong client presentation skills and documentation. Ideally you will have 4+ years’ experience in local residential design and great supplier knowledge with a passion for design and an eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
Working as a Project Lead on multiple projects Support and communicate clearly with internal and external teams Produce well detailed documentation packages Resolve beautiful design details and ensure high-quality project delivery Liaise with consultants and key services Manage joinery detailing and documentation packages from design development through to construction
Skills and Experience
Previous experience in Private Residential Projects Excellent attention to detail and presentation skills Exceptional time management skills Ability to work autonomously Confident with the ability to show initiative and be proactive Experience gained locally on a range of projects and all stages Excellent ArchiCAD essential Strong local product and supplier knowledge
