With your extensive design experience and leadership skills, you'll drive medium to large-scale projects from start to finish. You will be passionate about multi-site rollouts and have a desire to excel and progress your career in this sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Interior Design team on specific project type. Mentor and guide Junior Designers. Utilise Revit for design and documentation tasks including Kit-of-parts concept packs, test fits, sketch planning etc. Take a hands-on approach to manage projects from concept through to completion, including client interactions. Drive your project team in creating on-brand designs for an array of existing clients. Contribute to business development.

Skills and Experience:

8+ years of professional experience in design, with proven expertise in leading teams and projects. Proficient in Revit. Experience in branded, multi-site roll outs  Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities. Meticulous attention to detail and high-quality delivery. Team-oriented with a proactive and enthusiastic approach. Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
