$80,000.00/Yr. - $95,000.00/Yr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

Responsibilities:

Assist with examination of Sarbanes–Oxley compliance by performing tests of controls (design and effectiveness) within key business processes. Ensure SOX testing and evidence is sufficient to attain and support conclusionsPerform Operational Audits. Review Staff Auditor workAssist with compiling audit documentation for the Audit Committee and Bank regulators. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Internal Audit DepartmentCOSO component documentation and testing

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, computer science, or related fieldPlans to pursue one of the following certifications: CPA, CIA, or CISAManage remediation of audit findingsPublic accounting and/or Internal Audit experience Banking or financial services experienceSOX experience

Preferred:

CPA
