Senior Internal Communication Manager (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

Develop and execute internal communication strategies that engage employees and drive alignment during times of change Partner with leaders and teams to create informative and inspiring content across various internal channels Foster an inclusive communication culture that reflects the diverse backgrounds of our global workforce Measure the effectiveness of internal communications, using feedback and analytics to improve engagement Manage multiple communication projects and stakeholders, ensuring clarity, consistency, and timely execution Continuously evaluate and refine communication tools, approaches, and formats to enhance employee experience. 

 
What you need to succeed in the role: 

A degree in Communications, Business, or a related field, with at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within an international FinTech Proven track record in strategizing and implementing communication initiatives with an employee-centric approach Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in an easily digestible way Sensitivity and competence in working with diverse cultures and stakeholders Fluent English and German language skills (both written and spoken) are essential
