This is a unique role on our Internal Mobility team, an internally facing team within Talent Acquisition that helps employees discover, explore, and move into new positions within Atlassian. In this position, you will work with a small global team that is responsible for managing the entire life cycle of an internal candidate’s journey, as well as working collectively to evolve the Internal Mobility offering at Atlassian.
Your core focus will be supporting internal candidates while they explore new opportunities, endeavouring to provide an exceptional internal candidate experience while operating at scale (and managing high volumes of internal pipelines at any given time). You will work in tight-knit collaboration with our External Recruitment team to ensure an efficient approach to candidate and req management. Joining a new team, you will also help to create new approaches, processes, and ways of working as we innovate and build Atlassian’s Internal Mobility program.
Day-to-day, you will:
Manage a high volume of internal applications within your region, balancing attention-to-detail and a high-touch candidate experience
Collaborate with a small, global team to help improve the internal mobility experience at Atlassian, for both candidates and the business
Partner closely with Recruiters across all functions in your geos to assure seamless management of internal applicants against external facing opportunities
Develop close working relationship with key People team members including HRBPs, Compensation Partners, Global Mobility, Total Rewards, People Partners
To succeed in this role, ideally you have:
At least ~5 years of experience of working within a Talent Acquisition function, such as full-cycle recruitment, TA business partnership, or high volume coordination, with comfort guiding both candidates and hiring managers through a start-to-finish hiring process
Clear and established track record of providing an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience
Demonstrated confidence liaising with senior-level stakeholders within the business, across hiring management communities as well as People, Compensation, and other cross-functional teams
A consultative approach to your partnership with the business (whether that’s Hiring Managers, cross-functional People partners, or Org leaders), leading with curiosity, empathy, and excellence in your work as your support their priorities
Ability to manage competing expectations from my multiple stakeholders while maintaining focus on a excellent customer experience
Flexibility to adapt to various policy and process changes, amidst a scaling program!
