Department OverviewThe Sales Operations Forecast & Planning team is a part of the Sales organization and focuses on supporting the sales team primarily with preparing their sales plan/forecast, verifying the results, and working with the International Finance FPA team on the CV completion.
Job Description
This role is for an individual to primarily support the International Sales Operations Director with CV preparations, reporting to the International FPA team this person will work closely with both finance and operations to ensure that both sales and financial requirements are met.
Preparing the CV calendar for the forthcoming year, identifying key dates, meetings and activities for sales
Converting the current CV to actual rates. Checking the data and loading into the TEX DB
Preparing all excel files for the International CV reviews, including management and version control of the master CV file
Sending out CV file updates as needed to key stakeholders
Managing the Tableau upload via the amazon server and maintaining the permissions for the tableau report
Preparing FX comparisons monthly once new rates are published based on the last CV
Preparing the tie outs for all orders and revenue actuals each quarter and ensuring the CV master file and the TEX DB are tied out and aligned by sub region and technology
Preparing the Decks for the reviews with the M&S team
Preparing the Top Orders, R&O and Commentary for each CV
Preparing analysis and slides for Business reviews
Supporting other teams within Sales Operations organization and the International FPA team – specifically covering for holidays and taking on ad hoc jobs as required.

Basic Requirements
University degree preferably in the following areas: Economy, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting
1 year of demonstrable experience
Team player
Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines
Attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Good Excel skills
Excellent written and spoken English; additional European language would be an asset
