The Pacific Northwest PDC is the newest International Motors' Parts Distribution Center (PDC) in our network.  It will be a new state of the art facility located in Lakewood, WA.  This facility will serve our regional dealers with stock.   

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Inventory Control Associate to join our parts distribution center for International.

 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory levels, ensuring accuracy, and optimizing inventory processes to support our operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of inventory management.

Responsibilities Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels for all parts and componentsConduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure data accuracyInvestigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely mannerImplement and improve inventory control procedures and best practicesAnalyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize stock levelsCoordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of partsPrepare and maintain inventory reports for management reviewAssist in the development and implementation of inventory management software and toolsEnsure compliance with safety and quality standards in all inventory-related activities Minimum Requirements Associate’s degreeAt least 1 year of materials management experience

OR

At least 2 years of materials management experience

Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. o Ability to lift 50 pounds
o Ability to stand/walk 67-100% of the time
