In this role, you will:

Lead or participate in moderately complex initiatives within InvestigationsUse technical expertise to investigateGather comprehensive evidentiary materials on cases with moderate to high risk or complexityResearch moderately complex investigations that require an in-depth evaluationOffer solutions as to any identified control weaknessesMake risk-based decisions in compliance with company, legal and regulatory requirements, and recommend actions in response to investigationsAct as a primary investigator on high profile or complex casesResolve moderately complex issues and lead team to meet deliverablesServe as lead on high profile or complex investigationsMentor and supervise daily work of less experienced staffMake risk-based decisions in compliance with company, legal, and regulatory requirements and recommend actions in response to investigationCollaborate with individual, legal, business management, and other resources to offer employment decisions and recommendations based on investigation resultsConsult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsServe as the primary client contact on assigned casework, but function with little guidance and supervision


Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Investigations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

Experience in handling HR Employee Relations cases/Investigations around FraudKnowledge on PH Labor Law


Job Expectations:

Mid ShiftCurrently Hybrid (3x2) with the possibility of going Full Time Onsite
