Key Responsibilities:

This position reports directly to the Senior Manager, Harassment & Discrimination Investigations, and is primarily responsible for conducting prompt, thorough, objective, and confidential investigations of internal and external complaints of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and/or policy violations. This position ensures that all internal and external investigations are conducted in accordance with the Company’s established policies and procedures. This position shall be responsible for conducting investigations globally.

Lead prompt, thorough, and impartial workplace investigations of complaints involving allegations of harassment and discrimination, and other policy violations, as assigned by the Senior Manager, Harassment & Discrimination Investigations.Prepare timely, comprehensive investigative reports to be distributed to the Senior Manager of Harassment & Discrimination Investigations, Legal Counsel, Human Resources, Labor Relations, and other senior leaders.Identify, gather, analyze, and preserve documents and physical evidence to support investigations.Deliver objective, well-organized investigative reports and outcomes to senior leadership ensuring clarity and accuracy in presenting findings.Review investigative reports prepared by peers to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to investigative standards.Review investigative reports prepared by peers to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to investigative standards.

QualificationsWhat’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications): Bachelor's Degree (Human Resources or other related fields) or equivalent work experience in a corporate setting investigating policy violations3-5+ years of corporate investigative experienceHarassment and Discrimination experienceExtensive experience conducting effective workplace investigations involving in-person or virtual interviews of employees and vendors throughout all functional areasWorking knowledge of federal and state employment lawsStrong analytical, fact-finding, and evidence-gathering skillsStrong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to build and maintain credibility within all levels of the organizationCommitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive, employment-related informationAbility to be flexible and exercise a sense of urgency in handling multiple cases, effectively planning, organizing, and prioritizing casesStrong time management and organizational skillsAbility to travel up to 10% Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorshipSuccessful completion of interview required to meet job qualificationsReliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the positionWhat will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):Experience working with and the ability to partner with Legal Counsel, Human Resources, Labor Relations, etc.Strong work ethic and ability to exercise sound judgmentPrevious HR investigative experience

The base pay range for this role is $79,800.00 to $108,790.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
