负责起草及更新相关投资管理制度以确保各项投资流程的合规性及流程的不断优化，作为投资委员会秘书处协调相关会议安排及事项落实。 进行宏观及策略层面的市场研判分析，制定投资策略，为战略及战术投资决策提供数据支持和专业建议。 全周期管理并监控金融产品的投前、投后流程及关联交易披露，并监控资产管理人落实集团及监管对于金融产品投资的各项要求。 负责制作并审核向监管机构、集团及公司内部团队报送的各项投资数据、各类投资报表和报告等工作。 管理投资连结账户，指导并密切监控资产管理人的投资行为，以确保投资活动与既定目标和投资基准相符，进行定期的定性及定量绩效评估和投资策略审阅，负责投连账户投资指引的制定及更新。 根据资产负债管理要求对公司普通账户进行账户投资管理，拟定账户管理计划，落实战略及战术投资策略，确保投资端利润达到年度目标并及时引导资产管理人进行配置方向的调整。  其他主管安排的工作。

What you bring

具有全日制重点大学本科及以上学历，数理统计、金融、经济等相关专业。 具备比较全面完整的保险产品、经济、金融、投资、风控方面的知识体系。本科学历8年以上金融或保险行业相关工作经验，硕士研究生学历5年以上金融或保险行业相关工作经验。 具备保险行业投资、咨询、资产负债管理、产品开发、投资风险管理相关岗位经验者优先。 具备CFA、FRM、FSA、FIA认证资格者优先。 具备较强的政策、业务分析能力和沟通协调能力，具有较强的书面和口头中、英文表达能力。
