C.H. Robinson is hiring a Senior Investor Relations Analyst to join our team in a hybrid work model based in Eden Prairie, MN, with flexibility to work both in the office and from home.
In this role, you will partner with the Head of Investor Relations to develop and execute the Investor Relations strategy, operating plans, budget, and global Investor Relations program.
The Investor Relations program is designed to educate and engage investors and analysts, ensuring a fair valuation of the company’s stock. You will help manage investor perceptions, attract institutional investors, and provide leadership with key insights from the investment community. Additionally, you will act as the “voice of the investor,” offering input on decisions that impact shareholder value.
Success in this role requires strong collaboration with teams across Financial Planning and Analysis, Accounting, Communications, Marketing, Legal, and other key functions to ensure clear, balanced, and strategic messaging that accurately represents C.H. Robinson’s performance, strategy, and growth potential.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:
Support the quarterly earnings process, including logistics, financial analyses, and collaborating on press releases, presentations, conference call scripts, and anticipated Q&A
Analyze equity research, financial models, consensus estimates, and market trends impacting valuation and investor perception
Summarize and distribute equity research updates to leadership
Track key investor themes, monitor external trends, and build internal relationships to stay informed on business strategy and results
Analyze investor ownership, shareholder movements, and investor targeting efforts
Manage day-to-day investor relations activities, including inquiries, website updates, and database management
Screen prospective investors and support outreach efforts
Serve as the primary operator of the investor database
Plan and execute investor events, including non-deal roadshows, conferences, visits, and Investor Day logistics
Maintain investor relations materials, including the corporate investor presentation
Provide periodic updates to the Board of Directors on investor relations strategy and activities
Support the development of the annual report, collaborating with stakeholders and managing production and distribution
Contribute to the Annual Shareholders Meeting and quarterly financial news releases
Manage logistics for investor and analyst conference calls
Maintain and oversee updates for the Investor Relations website
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
At least 4 years of experience in investor relations, finance, or corporate communications within a public company or consulting agency
Ability to travel up to 10%
Preferred:
Experience in logistics and supply chain, with strong business acumen and financial modeling skills to assess performance and stock value
Deep understanding of financial and investment markets, with strong relationship-building and communication abilities
Collaborative, proactive, and results-driven team player with intellectual curiosity and attention to detail, while maintaining a big-picture perspective
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to analyze data and generate actionable business insights
Strong presentation, influencing, and consulting skills for engaging senior stakeholders and effectively addressing feedback
Excellent project management skills with a creative, problem-solving approach to complex business challenges
Comfortable adopting emerging tools and technologies to produce professional, action-oriented reports
Ability to drive change and deliver results in a large, dispersed organization

Compensation Range
$83,800.00 - $130,500.00The base pay range displayed on the job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for this specific location.
