Senior iOS Cyber Specialist

About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a person who simultaneously possesses deep platform knowledge of iOS appropriate to an expert in the field of cyber security and also an appreciation of and talent for the rigorous engineering discipline required to deliver high quality cyber security products under time pressure.
This is a high-profile role that is pivotal to the overall success of the company. You will work closely with our researchers and also with the commercial arm of the business. You will provide technical leadership to less experienced engineers. You will represent the engineering arm of the company at major conferences.

Trenchant’s expertise is the by-product of the L3Harris acquisition of two highly-regarded information security businesses – Azimuth Security and Linchpin Labs. United under Trenchant, we are a key component of L3Harris’ Intelligence and Cyber International Division.
We are a trusted, discrete partner furnishing security products, consultancy, training and integration services to allied security, defence, and law enforcement agencies.
Responsibilities
The key responsibilities for a Senior iOS Cyber Specialist will include but not be limited to:
Liaise with security researchers to adopt working research output into commercial products.Guide product architecture to support the goals of sustainability, testability, reliability and integrity.Contribute significantly to the implementation of the products at all levels.Implement tests that demonstrate the effectiveness of the products and also provide confidence that the products are reliable and robust.Effectively communicate status and technical challenges using language that is appropriate to your audience.Participate in planning and prioritisation activities with members of the commercial arm of the organisation.Provide level 4 support of customer reported issues.Document design and implementation decisions appropriate for an expert audience.Write user documentation appropriate for customers.Participate in the development and delivery of user training.Provide guidance to less experienced engineers in technical fields relevant to the platform and the domains of cyber security and software engineering.Monitor industry trends and publicly disclosed techniques.Qualifications and Experience:
A tertiary degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity or a related field.Substantial experience in offensive cyber security.Substantial experience working in a professional engineering environment.Skills and Attributes:
