Schwab's high performing Mobile Technology group is responsible for Mobile, Web, Services and Cloud technology strategies related to Schwab Retail, Retirement and Advisor Services mobile experiences, ranging from checking account balances, executing complex trades, and even thematic investing. Schwab’s growing mobile app continues to expand our cutting-edge features, visualizations, and interactions to keep up with industry trends and fast growing user base.

 

In this role, you will work in Schwab’s Mobile Technology team as a Senior iOS Developer on the next generation of Schwab's native iOS application and drive cutting-edge experiences for very engaged clients and users. What you have

Required Qualifications

6+ years of native iOS development5+ years of writing Unit Tests and Automated UI tests using XCTest framework5+ years of experience with iterative development methodologies such as TDD and BDD Understanding of technical issues, designs, best practices5+ years of experience/understanding of the SOLID design principles4+ years of in-depth working experience in Swift4+ years working with Combine and Swift UI4+ years of experience integrating with REST APIs is a required4+ years of working with CI/CD and debugging issues that arises3+ years of performing code reviews and mentoring junior developers is required3+ years of experience working with Architects and Stakeholders to craft appropriate solution3+ years of experience debugging memory and performance issues

Preferred Qualifications

4+ years of working with reactive architecture is preferred4+ years of experience with building native features as a module is a plus4+ years of experience working with native accessibility features such as VoiceOver and Dynamic TypeGreat interpersonal and communication skills.
