Your responsibilities will span: + **IP Protection** – Identifying and securing patents, trade secrets, and other rights + **IP Portfolio Management** – Optimizing the value and relevance of our assets + **Freedom-to-Operate** – Assessing risks and enabling safe innovation + **IP Enforcement** – Safeguarding Danfoss’ rights globally + Collaborating closely with R&D, business leaders, and external patent attorneys across regions, especially in **Germany, the US, and China** This role combines deep technical insight with legal acumen and business understanding.
