Senior IT Analyst - Financial Forecasting and Reporting

Reporting to the Director of IT, the Senior Systems Analyst will be the front-end for the Information Technology organization while working with Finance departments to deliver technical capabilities defined on the Finance Roadmap.  We will leverage your understanding of financial and reporting technology to map software products features to requirements and work with Product owner(s) & Delivery manager(s) to deliver Finance products tied to value. You will work with the architecture group to establish technical roadmaps for digital products to ensure that what is delivered will add value for Conagra Brands. We are looking for a tech-savvy, creative professional, to drive new age technologies that enable our digital transformation.

You Will (position responsibilities):

Active engagement with business leads to provide strategic partnership and influence that creates technology and future state capabilities.

Keep teams updated on modern, enterprise technologies and capabilities, exploring and completing POC's applying those technologies, and bringing components to life to support the digital transformation.

Help manage roadmaps and strategic plans to ensure work continues to improve intended value / results

Work with Product owner(s), solution architect(s)  and shared service teams to implement solutions that follow our Continuous Delivery and Agile processes

Define technical features to achieve roadmap.  Work with partners to create functional features and review with developers to ensure understanding and creation of stories that have clear acceptance criteria and test plans.

Introduce and help coordinate change across all levels of ensuring the adoption and maximum benefit of solutions

Ensure strict adherence to all security / process procedures especially around

Manage communications between several members, and play an active role in Agile team

Ensure that proper support is being provided by shared service teams. Proactively communicating, escalating and putting new processes in place to set team up for ongoing success.

You Have (position qualifications):

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field(s)

5 years in Information Technology in SAP environments

Experience in BW, Hana Modeling, BPC Embedded, SAP SAC or equivalent reporting, modeling and forecasting tools.

Experience with tech platform/software supporting

Relate technical and business concepts to leadership

Experience working in Continuous delivery model (Agile)

Experience with financial processes and experience converting requirements into applicable requirements for engineering teams

Experience working within JIRA / Confluence

Experience with a managed IT service organization (on-shore and off-shore teams)

Power BI or other BI dashboarding tool
