This senior-level position provides advanced technical support and problem resolution for Ashley Furniture's global retail operations applications, serving as a technical expert for cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support & Problem ResolutionLead investigation and resolution of High/Critical incidentsIndependently troubleshoot complex system and application issuesAnalyze logs, system data, and source code for root cause analysisWork with global vendors and development teams for service restorationLeadership & MentorshipGuide and support junior staff membersFacilitate inter-group technical discussionsManage offshore team handoversProcess ImprovementAuthor and maintain knowledge base articlesEnforce process and procedure standardsAssess incident priorities and change risksSupport production deployment processesCommunicationProvide clear, timely updates to stakeholdersManage customer expectations and experienceDocument technical solutions and processesRequired Qualifications:
