What You'll Do

For our Helsinki office, we are looking for Senior IT Architects to help our clients on national and international projects! (Senior) IT Architects are part of our consulting teams who focus for instance on tech-oriented analyses, review & specification of IT systems or architectures, technical solution design, process improvement and target architecture definitions. Together with colleagues from BCG Platinion and/or the Boston Consulting Group, you will develop superior IT strategies, concepts, and solutions actively and on site, applying your technical know-how combined with your analytical and conceptual skillset. Based on your IT project experience, you are able to provide content guidance to and coordinate smaller teams.

What You'll Bring

completed a university degree in computer science, informatics, engineering, or a related discipline with higher-than-average gradesbring a minimum of four years relevant experience in IT consulting, management of IT projects, or professional software developmenthave led project teams of more than three peopleknow that modern tools, such as machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile methods, AI, and robotics aren't just buzzwords - but essential to sustainable IT architecturesare familiar with popular software development methods and toolsfeel particularly comfortable in interdisciplinary teams and global contexts - while traveling to our clients in- and outside of your home countryare on a fluent level of understanding and communicating complex topics in English
