**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst with a strong technical background in Windows 10 and Windows 11, SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager), and release/change management. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage data entry, documentation upkeep, and schedule software releases across a large enterprise, while ensuring proper change management processes. This role requires strong communication skills, experience with tools like Confluence, Jira, and SharePoint, and familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles.
**Key Responsibilities** :
+ **Windows OS & SCCM Management** :
+ Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Windows 10 and Windows 11 desktop environments.
+ Perform basic SCCM tasks such as managing collections, gathering reports for compliance
+ **Release & Change Management** :
+ Coordinate, manage, and schedule software releases and deployments, ensuring minimal disruption to end users and operational workflows.
+ Manage change requests and ensure compliance with change management processes, tracking and documenting changes effectively.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth rollouts of new software, updates, and patches.
+ **Data Entry & Documentation** :
+ Maintain and update comprehensive records of software deployments, SCCM configurations, and release management activities.
+ Develop and maintain clear, detailed documentation for technical processes, change management workflows, and deployment strategies.
+ Ensure all documentation aligns with internal standards, is current, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
+ **Collaboration & Communication** :
+ Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the effective delivery of IT services.
+ Prepare and deliver regular updates on project status, release progress, and any incidents or issues encountered.
+ Work with IT teams to resolve problems, identify improvement opportunities, and streamline processes.
+ **Agile & Project Management** :
+ Work within Agile methodologies to manage multiple projects and priorities, ensuring efficient delivery and timely updates.
+ Assist with project planning, task prioritization, and managing timelines for software releases and change management activities.
+ Leverage tools such as Jira to track and report on project milestones, issues, and progress.
+ **Tool Management & Reporting** :
+ Utilize Confluence, Jira, and SharePoint to document processes, track tasks, and collaborate on projects.
+ Ensure appropriate project tracking within Jira, assisting with sprint planning and project timelines.
+ Manage SharePoint repositories for project documentation, ensuring all project resources and materials are accessible.
+ Utilize ServiceNow to create and track team incident records
**Qualifications** :
+ **Education** :
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
+ **Experience** :
+ Minimum of 7 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, with hands-on experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 desktop environments.
+ Proven experience with SCCM management in an enterprise setting.
+ Experience in release management, change management, and project scheduling.
+ Strong experience with Confluence, Jira, and SharePoint for documentation, collaboration, and project tracking.
+ Exposure to Agile methodologies and project management processes is highly beneficial.
+ **Skills & Expertise** :
+ Knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems, including troubleshooting and configuration.
+ Experience with release management, change management, and deployment scheduling.
+ Excellent data entry, documentation, and record-keeping skills.
+ Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
+ Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum, and project management tools (e.g., Jira).
+ Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, both technical and business-oriented.
+ **Certifications** :
+ ITIL Foundation or related IT Service Management certifications are a plus.
+ Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) or other relevant certifications are desirable.
