In this role, you will be responsible for preparing insightful and data-driven reports for a variety of stakeholders, analyzing financial and operational data, and managing the capital budget to ensure strategic and efficient use of resources. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving skills, advanced proficiency in data analysis tools, and a strong understanding of budgeting principles. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** _Data Analysis and Reporting_ + Collect, analyze, and interpret financial and operational data from multiple sources. + Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards tailored to stakeholder needs. + Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data trends to support decision-making. _Capital Budget Management_ + Oversee the development, tracking, and maintenance of the capital budget. + Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment with financial goals and project priorities. + Monitor and report variances between actual and budgeted expenditures, providing explanations and solutions. _Stakeholder Collaboration_ + Work closely with IT leadership and key stakeholders to understand reporting requirements. + Present findings and recommendations in a clear, concise, and impactful manner. + Act as a liaison between finance and operational teams to ensure data accuracy and clarity. _Process Improvement_ + Identify opportunities to enhance data collection and reporting processes. + Develop and implement new tools or methodologies to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy. + Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in analytics and budgeting. **Minimum Education and/or Experience:** + Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Finance or a data-related field. + 4+ years of experience in data analysis, financial reporting, or budget management roles. + Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, SQL). + Familiarity with financial systems, budgeting software, capital expenditure planning and forecasting. + Knowledge of financial modeling and scenario analysis. + Certification in data analytics or financial management (e.g., CFA, CPA). **Additional knowledge and skills:** + Excellent communication and collaboration skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. + Promotes teamwork to achieve the organization/program mission; win as a team. + Comfortable in highly dynamic and frequently ambiguous environments. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
