We have an opportunity for a Sr IT Business\nPartner in Brno.  You will be a strategic interface with Aerospace business units or\nfunctional areas for business technology strategy development, solution\ndiscovery, service management, risk management, and relationship management.\nYou will become the business relationship link between business units and IT at\nthe executive level. 

This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work\nfrom home model.

Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate IT Strategy to actionable IT deliverables that drive strategy implementation, leveraging the organizations IT services and experts for architectural guidance, training and oversight.Comprehend and share the technology infrastructure and applications, including server, telecommunications, desktop technology and end to end digital transformation. Use the knowledge to support business stakeholders and technical teams in solution development, requirements identification and services delivery.Drive new operational ideas and partner with business counterparts.Serve as escalation point, coordinating operational support both from the local IT and Enterprise IT teams, through the use and management of cross-functional knowledge and relationships.

Key skills and qualifications

Solid business and market knowledge.Strong operational knowledge, ability to coordinate multiple projects.Excellent written and verbal communication, foundational problem-solving risk and abatement.Strong operational and project management knowledge, business case development and financial modeling.
