Senior IT Business Partner Manager
Manages relationships with business, internal key user & process owners for all IT related topics, focuses on business areas, CRM excellence, CRM Finance operations; Consults & supports the implementation of new or changed services and solutions; Ensures high customer satisfaction by translating business demands into IT service Requirements, or leverage existing IT platform at scale. • Supports the holistically view for digitalization of business on a strategic level, as well as continuously providing guidance and collaborate with Business on business digital budget.1. Maintain Business Partner relationship, participate in or organize business management meetings to identify demands on tactical and strategic level.2. Understand business needs and translate them into IT requirements.3. Evaluate customer satisfaction, collect and consider respective business feedback.4. Ensure best practice usage of IT services.5. Identify and manage IT demands focused o business value and in alignment with IT governance strategy by driving the decisions-making process.6. Design and drive opportunities where IT can create additional business value.7. Expert in Change management, business transformation to support ongoing value initiatives at business, and experiences in Process Re-engineering and business transformational program is a plus.8. Be the IT advisor to business on current IT services & future IT needs.9. Serve as the executive touch point to business for a portfolio of projects and Business/IT processes.10. Ensure that Centers of Excellence (CoE's) continue to understand the needs of our Business.11. Promote IT innovations and new services which can create additional business value.12. User Engagement: Enable and guide rollout of IT Services in Business.13. Sponsor and partner with project managers and Business on IT service implementation.14. Articulate relevant changes (impact of change on IT services, projects, initiatives, trends etc.) to business process owner and business key users.15. Translate complex subject matter, expert knowledge and technical terms into an expression understandable for Business16.
