This position requires 2 days onsite.** We offer competitive compensation and an extraordinary benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance, 401K with company matching, flexible spending accounts, paid holidays, three weeks paid time off, and more. **Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:** • Understand customer requirements and business objectives with regards to the customer cloud environment and sponsored project seeking hosting environments. • Serve as cloud management team lead for an environment and team in its initial stages. • Coordinate closely with government customers and government managed service providers. • Build and foster relationships with partner organizations and external agencies in support of a robust managed environment and in support of hosted applications and projects. • Identify and manage gaps in customer requirements and in specifications • Collaborate with in-house and external technical staff • Research and document platform and hosting options. • Gather requirements, conduct analysis of alternatives. • Produce scenario-based plans, and present options to internal team and customers. • Produce deliverables documenting research and recommendations for the customer, and ensuing decisions. • Research and document data sources, and interoperability/integration options. • Identify systems of record, establish API call rules, Produce scenario-based integration plans, and present to internal team and customer. • Produce deliverables documenting the integration research and integration plan for the customer. • Assist with accreditation process, stakeholders and variables. Assist in establishing scenario-based plans, and present plans to internal team and customer. • Assist in producing deliverables, to include draft CONOPS, draft SSP and draft authorization package and other artifacts for the customer. • Perform an analysis of options given application design, IT systems, and networks. • Provide an analysis-based recommendation on best platform and integration options to achieve goals • Support new technology implementation. • Manage timelines and successful completion of deliverables and activities • Delivery plans and products of high quality and high customer satisfaction • Perform quality reviews of deliverables developed by other team members - Collaborate and communicate with project managers and peers to facilitate on-time and on-budget project delivery **Requirements:** • DOD SECRET Clearance required • Proven experience as an IT Consultant and team lead • Familiarity with DoD and specifically DISA IT environment and accreditation requirements • Strong research and documentation skills • Experience performing and documenting analysis of alternatives • Experience producing foundational documents, implementation plans, and leading execution. • Experience supporting implementation of new technology in the DOD environment • A team player with excellent communication and presentation skills • Customer Service Orientation • Interpersonal skills • BS/BA in computer science, IT or relevant field **Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:** • Experience with Cyber and Software Security • Experience with cloud technologies, especially Azure-based, within DOD • Excellent communication, organizational, relationship building, and critical thinking skills • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Teams • Effective documentation skills, to include technical diagrams and written descriptions • Experience with Agile Project Management concepts • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately in a dynamic and fluid environment • Knowledge of DoD Test and Evaluation helpful • Bachelor’s and 7 years • Ability to obtain CISSP (or equivalent) within 6 months of hire **Our Equal Employment Opportunity Policy** The company is an equal opportunity employer.
