The IT Logistics Supply Chain Management team at the HUGO BOSS headquarters is responsible for IT solutions in the areas of foreign trade and transport management in logistics. As part of this team, you will work with modern solutions and tools on both new implementations and the continuous optimization of processes. With international, global responsibility for logistics, you can expect an exciting field of activity with diverse design possibilities.
What you can expect:
\n\tStrategic leadership and oversight of projects in the area of foreign trade and logistics, with a particular focus on developing and implementing long-term solutions.\n\tInitiating and designing innovative concepts to optimize the HUGO BOSS supply chain, as well as conducting in-depth analyses to improve business processes in the areas of foreign trade and logistics.\n\tResponsibility for the implementation and advancement of IT solutions to support import, export, bonded warehouse, and Intrastat reporting, particularly in SAP R/3, SAP S/4, and other ERP systems, as well as integrating external customs software.\n\tProactive consulting and support for the specialist departments in adhering to international trade regulations.\n\tEngagement in collaboration with global internal and external partners and teams to ensure compliance with international trade regulations.\n\tPromotion and training of end users in the effective use of IT systems to ensure the smooth operation of global processes.\n
Your profile:
\n\tCompleted studies in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.\n\tDeep expertise in supply chain management, foreign trade, and logistics.\n\tExtensive experience in implementing and supporting IT systems, ideally with SAP, ERP, and/or foreign trade solutions. Experience with the customs software AEB is an advantage.\n\tOutstanding analytical skills and a strong problem-solving capability.\n\tHigh level of self-responsibility and the ability to act independently and proactively.\n\tExcellent communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with global internal and external partners.\n\tVery good German and English skills, both written and spoken; additional language skills are an advantage.\n\n\n
