Who will you be working with?

Our best-in-class IT Finance Systems team combines knowledge of IT and Financial business processes with deep domain expertise and tenured experience to deliver unparalleled support and implementation of new programs across Oracle ERP and other related financial systems. Here you’ll interact daily with internal stakeholders during the problem resolution process and will partner with many other teams to implement better business processes using technology.

How will you make a difference?

As a member of the IT Finance Systems team, you will lead activities for Finance ERP implementations and other major initiatives impacting Finance systems; this includes planning /assessment, design & system configuration, testing, training, conversion and on time rollouts for financial modules. The ERP Global Module Owner will collaborate with cross functional teams within the IT and Finance global communities to ensure efficient operational support to our different ERP instances and financial applications.

What do we want to know about you?

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or "STEM" Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math)Previous experience (5+ years) in Oracle Financials implementations and familiarity in underlying ERP applications database architecture, as well as database and development tools, such as Oracle.Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills; highly motivated, self-starterFluent in English language. What will your typical day look like?

Leverage functional and technical expertise in ERP & Finance/IT business processes to become a focal point for the Finance community in specific Oracle Financial modules

Collaborate and engage with key stakeholders, module owners/technical/workstream leads across the organization, Finance & IT, to schedule, build and deliver integrated IT solutions to address the business requirements with great quality, meeting the project timelines and within the approved budget.

Provide stable and secure operational support within Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for specific ERPs modules and integrated tools used by the Finance user community across the company

Ensure key deliverables are met according to the project CTQs. Identify risks and potential roadblocks. Document and escalate significant risks accordingly and assist in developing the necessary mitigation actions.

Support third party application integrations by clearly communicating business requirements to vendors and development teams. Retain and document knowledge of these integrations and customizations to be able to best reuse for future projects.

Analyze Demands impacting the ERP financial modules ensuring these changes meet the business CTQs, go through proper testing and ensure relevant documentation is created for future reference.

Ensure conformance to generic ERP Operations support standards / practices

Support monthly pre-closing and closing activities for the different ERP Instances and specific financial applications IT Finance systems owns.
