About the Role
As a Senior Executive - IT Infrastructure Engineer at iCar, you will play a key role in managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure to support business operations. This role encompasses IT asset management, system/application maintenance, user support, and handling basic network issues. You will also manage on-prem/cloud platforms and enterprise applications, ensuring seamless operations and alignment with organizational needs.
Your-Day-to-Day
IT Asset Management:
+ Oversee asset movement and maintain accurate data in the IT Asset Management (ITAM) system.
+ Manage laptop onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring proper tracking and configuration.
+ Handle hardware requests, replacements, and inventory control.
+ System and Application Maintenance:
+ Administer user management, license management, and patch management for various systems and applications.
+ Maintain and integrate enterprise platforms, including Google Workspace, Jira, CRM, Manage Engine (MDM), and ERP systems.
+ Ensure the smooth operation of cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, and AWS.
Network Support:
+ Troubleshoot and resolve basic network issues to maintain connectivity and system reliability.
+ IT Support and Service Management:
+ Handle BAU (Business as Usual) IT support tickets, including incident resolution and service requests.
+ Provide timely support to end-users, ensuring minimal disruptions to daily operations.
+ Operational Excellence:
+ Ensure data accuracy and compliance across all IT systems.
+ Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
Your-Know-How
+ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
+ Proficient in managing cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS) and enterprise applications (Google Workspace, Jira, CRM, ERP).
+ Strong understanding of IT asset management and service management processes.
+ Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting and support.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively across teams and with stakeholders.
