Position Description:

Recognised as one of the world’s largest IT and business consulting firms, CGI has offices across Australia, supporting local public and private sector clients to solve real business problems.

You will represent CGI on a program of work supporting one of our major global clients. The role will provide you with opportunities and support to continuously learn and gain exposure to a range of technologies and environments.

We offer a flexible work environment including hybrid work, with a minimum 3 days/week office/client site attendance, and as needed.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Ongoing maintenance, support, upgrades, and enhancements within the OT environment.
• Perform OT architecture reviews and provide technical guidance to stakeholders.
• Participate in the planning of IT security upgrades and ensure implemented security controls work as intended.
• OT Security process control maintenance.
• Disaster Recovery Review and Implementation.
• Incident Response rectification/remediation.
• Asset register maintenance and configuration of inventory tools.
• Logical network drawing advancement/remediation as required.
• Provide after-hours support on an exception basis.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• 7+ years’ experience working in corporate or enterprise IT, providing support in different environments (e.g. Test, UAT, Dev, Prod, DR)
• OT/IT knowledge and experience across Windows/Unix Systems.
• Network experience including firewall configuration and maintenance.
• Advanced backup/restore experience – Disaster Recovery
• Familiarity with security measures to protect corporate and operational environments
• Knowledge of EndPoint security packages such as Trellix EndPoint Security/ePO
• Solid Vulnerability Remediation experience.
• Ability to Interpret Process Control Domain IT Security standards and communicate requirements to others
• Assess and manage issues and problems, including Security Incidents
• Proficient communication, teamwork & stakeholder management skills
• Must hold full permanent work rights for Australia
