Come join our team as our next Hotel Senior IT Manager at the AT&T Hotel and Conference Center, located in the heart of the UT campus! Hook'em! Principle Responsibilities & Position Purpose: Manage and coordinate all aspects of hardware, software, and audio-visual resources for the AT&T EECC.  Manage support staff and vendor relationships. Establish and maintain a productive working partnership with UT IT staff. This is an on-site job, NOT REMOTE. Compensation: $90,000 /Annually.   EXAMPLE OF DUTIES: Key Responsibilities: + Manage the internal network, consisting of a Windows 2016 Active Directory infrastructure with Cisco hardware. + Manage Microsoft suit of products including defender and Intune portals. + Manage Cisco Call Manager phone switch, Cisco Unity voice mail system, Percipia Networks phone interface, and ISI Call Management. + Administer issuing telephones, computer, and related hardware. + Timely completion of projects for the hotel. + Diagnose and correct system problems; including user errors, configuration errors, and bugs.  Work with vendors to resolve issues and plan configuration changes while minimizing system downtime. + Diagnose and repair hardware; including printers, computers, terminals, network switches and telecom devices. + Evaluate and recommend new hardware/software systems needs. + Assist end-users with all computer and telecom system related queries for both administrative staff as well as hotel guests. + Coordinate all special client requests for meetings and events. + Install, upgrade, configure, and maintain hardware/software. + Ensure all aspects of PCI Compliance are met to the standards set forth by Compass Group North America. + Maintain a five-year budget for any Technology needs in the hotel. + Comply with all FLIK/Compass safety and health policies and procedures.   Preferred Qualifications: + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. + Management experience + Expertise Required: + Windows 10, Windows 11, 2016, 2019, 2022 Servers + Active Directory and Group Policy Management and AzureAD + Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Exchange Online + Cisco Products + FortiGate Products including switches and Firewall + VMWare Servers + Network Cabling Standards + General Understanding Required: + Hotel Property Management Systems + Hotel Sales and Catering Systems + Restaurant Point of Sale Systems + Audio Video Technologies in a Conference Center environment Remote access technologies - VPN implementation The Benefits working at AT&T Hotel and Conference Center for FLIK/Compass: + Paid Vacation Days (after 60 days of employment for Salary associates) + Annual Merit Increases + 11 Paid Holidays  + Ride the Bus for Free (UT Proximity Card) + Free Daily Shift Meals + Lockers & Locker Rooms with Showers + Discounted Monthly UT Garage Parking + Discount Gift Shop offerings + Referral Bonus $ We are owned by UT Austin and managed by Compass Group North America, a diversity growth-oriented organization.
