**Job Overview:** The IT PMO Senior Project Manager is a pivotal role within our organization, requiring a seasoned professional with at least 8 to10 years of IT project management experience in a large, global company. The successful candidate will possess a deep of and be an expert practitioner of Project Management industry best practices and have a proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects to successful completion. **Key Tasks and Responsibilities:** + Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing of IT projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and project objectives + Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases + Oversee a global, cross-functional project team, providing strong leadership and direction to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met + Establish and maintain strong partnerships with project owners and stakeholders, effectively leading projects from the front and ensuring transparent communication + Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization + Conduct regular project reviews and report on progress, risks, and opportunities to executive management and other key stakeholders + Develop timely project status reports + Assure that deviations from the project schedule are addressed and communicated + Monitor project risk factors, escalate project issues, and provide Quality Assurance for all project deliverables + Apply PMI institute's ten key knowledge areas of project management: Integration, Scope, Schedule, Cost, Quality, Resource, Communication, Risk, Procurement, and Stakeholder Management + Drive continuous improvement within the PMO by championing best practices and process enhancements + Utilize strong presentation skills to convey complex project information to executive audiences with clarity and confidence + Foster a collaborative team environment, building strong relationships, and employing active listening, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills **Essential Qualifications and Education:** + Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field + Project Management certification is required (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) + A minimum of 8 to10 years of IT project management experience, preferably in a large, global company + Proven track record of delivering complex IT projects on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction + Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously + Strong leadership skills with experience in leading global, cross-functional teams + Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges + Ability to inspire, motivate, and guide team members and stakeholders + Highly process-oriented with a keen focus on quality and efficiency + Experience in managing projects within specific IT domains (e.g., IT infrastructure, Enterprise applications for HR, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, & Construction disciplines) + Thorough understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and Testing Tools + Proficiency in project management software and tools + Excellent oral and written communication skills **Project / Area / Regional Specifics:** + This role may require travel both domestically and internationally + Flexibility to accommodate different time zones for global team collaboration \#LI-CA1 \#LI-DNI \#DICE Our ingenuity fuels daily life.
