We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Product Owner to join our Finance IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong Finance background and technical understanding of information technology and will be an integral part of a senior team, working close to our internal Finance customers covering multiple business areas and collaborating with our Finance IT team. This role involves establishing and maintaining customer satisfaction and building partnerships.
 

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Develop and maintain a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for data engineering initiatives that align with the company's overall goals and objectives Collaborates with vital team members, including business leaders, data scientists, analysts, and other IT teams to gather requirements, define product features, and prioritize the product backlog. Partners with business and product team manager on resource needs / issues and release decisions Ensures change management to support business readiness for rolling out new capabilities Serve as a voice outside the team to represent the product capabilities and value Lead and handle the entire product lifecycle from ideation to delivery. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Works collaboratively with others across the organization to achieve shared objectives. Understands the meaning and implications of key financial indicators. Scans the environment for new technical skills, knowledge, or capabilities that can benefit business or personal performance.

  For This Role, You Will Need: We encourage candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Computer Science, as well as those with equivalent experience in these fields Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements, identify solutions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives Understanding of Agile principles and methodologies is an advantage Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 
 

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
