Senior IT Product/ Process Analyst

Overview

Responsibilities

Be the mastermind behind our company's technological transformation. Analyze business data and identify areas for improvement Collaborate with our team of developers, designers, and project managers to turn our wildest tech dreams into reality and develop innovative solutions Understand how business functions operate and analyze business processes to identify bottlenecks and problems Produce high-quality work products (such as user requirements, functional specifications, user stories, user manuals, UAT scenarios) Develop and implement test plans to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards  Prepare and deliver presentations and reports on project status, issues, and risks.

Qualifications

At least 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment. Guru of project and software lifecycles, with an understanding of project lifecycle methodologies and tools Agile working experience Working knowledge/exposure for Waterfall Methodology A keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence Ability to think in an unexpected way and come up with creative solutions A lover of spreadsheets and passionate about tools like Jira, Trello etc. Strong communications skills with the ability to cooperate with both executives and technical staff in Greek and English Be willing to help your teammates, share your knowledge with them, and learn from our outstanding mentors
