Senior IT Program & Project Management Services Consultant

Responsibilities + Plans, organize, directs, controls and delivers highly complex projects, programs, and/or portfolios prioritized in alignment with the client’s expectations and business needs. Projects may include multiple technology disciplines and/or significant business process re-engineering efforts. + Directs the activities of project support staff, project managers, program managers, and sub-contractors and is responsible for ensuring appropriate resources are allocated and maintained to facilitate the successful completion of the project. + Organizes program and/or portfolio activities that requires interdepartmental meetings and communication ensuring completion of the program/project on schedule and within budget constraints. + Manages people for programs or portfolios involving department or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of projects and/or programs into a finished state. + Plans and directs programs and/or portfolio resources and budgets. + Assigns and monitors work of technical personnel, such as systems analysts and programmers, providing support and interpretation of instructions/objectives. + Manages and coordinates priorities between projects and/or programs within a given portfolio that requires critical thinking and complex problem solving. + Develops and maintains reporting procedures and monitor performance in portfolio control activities; develop and distribute reports related to portfolio activities, general portfolio management, and financial issues. Requirements + 5-10 years experience in tolling, road usage charging, and/or transportation systems is preferred + Strong analytical, and leadership skills. + Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve issues. + Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate information across teams; comfortable presenting to key stakeholders (executives, client teams, etc.). + Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $132,000- $176,000.
