The Sr. IT Project Manager manages and coordinates business and technical projects through all phases of initiation, development and implementation.
Position Responsibilities:
Manages cross-squad programs across complex technical, regulatory, or other cross-cutting needs. Ensures progress against important milestones where consistent and coordinated implementation is requiredLeads coordination efforts with some leadership support of Product Owners, Architects and Engineers to meet regulatory and technical requirementsManages and coordinates business and technical projects through all phases of initiation, development and implementationRequired Qualifications:
Graduate of a Bachelor Degree Must have strong level of understanding of company patterns and analytical models of his expertiseMust have good analytical skills, copes with complex situations through deliberate analysis and planningGood analytical skills, copes with complex situations through deliberate analysis and planning10 year of work experience and minimum 5 years solid experience as a Project Manager working on agile teams -Prior experience with Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projectsExperience in the Insurance and Banking industry preferredWhen you join our team:
